This consultation, a pioneering initiative in Switzerland, is carried out by an occupational physician. \nThe aim of this project is to evaluate the services of the specialist consultation and the medical practice from several angles: changes in the practices of those involved, their evaluation of the OProMa DSTE-Unisant\u00e9 cs and the economic evaluation of the application of maternity protection at work. \nThe project has 3 complementary components: quantitative data collection using indicators on the application of the OProMa by the consultants, their employer and gynaecologist at the end of the consultation, data collection using questionnaires from the stakeholders (mixed methodology) and an economic analysis from several perspectives.\nThis project will make it possible to monitor changes in the practices of the stakeholders involved, improve the quality of preventive care for the protection of maternity at work and involve companies more closely in the approach.","coll_dates":[{"start":"2015\/01\/01","end":"2021\/12\/31","cycle":""}],"nation":[{"name":"Switzerland","abbreviation":"CHE"}],"geog_coverage":"Pregnant workers in French-speaking Switzerland","analysis_unit":"The unit of analysis is the pregnant worker who consulted Unisant\u00e9's specialised occupational medicine consultation for pregnant workers.
